Mizata Surf Lodge provides its guests with the best and freshest quality of ingredients, produce and meats on a daily basis. Our cooks have been trained to prepare appealing and delicious international cuisine from the national culinary school of El Salvador, la ITCA (Instituto Tecnológico de Centro America). We understand that surfing is a strenuous and demanding sport which requires your body to be at top form. This is why we make sure that your dining experience at Mizata Surf Lodge will supply your body with the required nutrients and strength in order for you to go out and shred every day!
Breakfast and dinner come included in your surf package at Mizata Surf Lodge. This also includes non-alcoholic beverages with your meals (coffee, milk, juice, soda or water). A lunch menu will be provided at an additional cost to the guest.
Breakfast: Breakfast consists of a continental section, where guests can enjoy a light and quick meal. A normal and more typical selection will also be provided.
Continental breakfast will be available from 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Regular breakfast will be available from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. |

Continental breakfast consists of cereal and milk, pancakes, toast and jelly, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee.
Regular breakfast consists of two types. One is the typical Salvadorian style: huevos rancheros, refried beans, typical local tamales, plantains, local cheese, tortillas, juice, milk and coffee. The typical American style breakfast consists of cheese and vegetable omelets, eggs, hash browns, toast, bacon, sausage, French toast, juice and coffee. |
